2016 Pinot Noir
An absolutely delicious wine that was aged one year in both 1 year and 2 year barrels giving it just the right kiss of oak. 20% whole cluster fermentation. Ruby red in color with nice acid but balanced and exudes a wonderful aromas of cranberry, tart cherry and red peppercorn. While coating the palate with an ever appealing texture and a hint of fine tannins, it has an elegant finish.
