Tasting Notes
Bright, smooth, layered with balanced acids and soft tannins. Flavors of dried fruits and sumptuous black cherry define this wine. Enjoy with spicy red meats, tomato based sauces and great friends.

Spicy foods and sauces pair nicely. Think Bolognese and pasta! We even love broccoli with red pepper flakes.
Production
Punched down three times daily. The wine was pressed slightly sweet with secondary fermentation allowed to complete in barrel. We blended it several times to get the balance just right with the Sangiovese. Like a true Super Tuscan from Italy, Cabernet Sauvignon was blended for strength, color and tannin.
