58% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir, 2% Muscat Canelli

TASTING NOTES: Bright and fruit forward. The wine opens with aromas of Meyer lemon, brioche, and green apple, with hints of cherry in the background. On the palate, this wine has a fine mousse (Gentle Fizz) with notes of mandarins, lemon, and pear, along with toastiness from the yeast aging.

Aged 18 months in French oak barrels. This fruit comes from the La Rinconada Vineyard in Sta. Rita Hills. The wine leads with a hint of toasted oak and then follows with a hint of fresh lemon, apricot and lucious stone fruits. slightly creamy on the palate this wine has a beautiful long finish. A classic Sta. Rita Hills Chardonnay.

Aged 8 months in stainless steel and neutral French oak. A classic style Sauvignon Blanc (Sancerrre in style) that is dry, balnced with great acidity. Leading with stone fruit, this fresh wine has bright citrus notes teasing all thew ay to a lovely finish. 

34% GRENACHE / 33% SYRAH / 33% MOURVEDRE

Red Rhône style blend. Portifio Hills Vineyard. This appealing single-vineyard blend offers baked strawberry, cinnamon, sumac and mulling spices on the nose, with a hint of leathery game. The palate combines savory meat and earth flavors with ripe, acid-driven red fruits. — Matt Kettmann

Aged 12 months in neutral French oak, this beautiful, balanced and elegant wine exudes notes of boysenberry, black raspberry, green peppercorn, and sweet tobacco on the finish.  We created an engaging wine with structure from the Portico Hills Vineyard.
