41% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, 9% Pinot Gris, 9% Pinot Meunier, 6% Pinot Blanc

TASTING NOTES: The F-er Vescent opens with aromas of vanilla, toasted almonds and baked bread. The extended time of aging on lees presents an added richness and texture to the palate. On the palate the soft mousse (Gentle Fizz) leads into flavors of poached pear, raspberries and honey dew melon.
